ffmGIS is a CAFM software created and licensed by Institut für Facility Management GmbH (iffm GmbH) established in 1994 in Berlin. The software is certified according to the standard 444 of the GEFMA – German Facility-Management Association.
Several dozens of clients of iffm GmbH in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Ukraine are primarily hospital networks (including the largest in Germany, Berlin clinics Charité, as well as hospital networks of Vivantes, Vitanas, Johanniter). The system is used by property portfolio managers (e.g. Hines, Tattersal-Lorentz), and also facility-management service companies (Zehnacker, Sodexo).
In Poland, A-Co. sp. z o.o. from Kraków is the sole and exclusive dealer of the iffmGIS. A-Co. has polonised the software, adapted it to the Polish legal requirements and deploys it by Polish clients. In cooperation with iffm GmbH from Berlin, A-Co. created original mobile applications expanding functionalities of the iffmGIS system.
A-Co., since 2005, have cooperated with facility-management companies (Aspen, Zehnacker, Sodexo, Atalian) and due to this acquired vast experience related to the information needs of the building management services, and also on the service processes of asset management, maintenance and space management themselves.
A-Co. is committed to share this knowledge and experience when deploying iffmGIS and training personnel.
